I made this dummy for Scandinavian Cake Show 2008 in Sweden.
Inspired by the beautiful vine-yard "Abbaye de Valmagne".
I´m very satisfied to say the cake came in 4. in its category :-)

This one was actually a very untraditional weddingcake.
The bride wanted to surprise the groom who loves World of Warcraft.
White cake with raspberry mousse.
-The figures are not sugar.

For hubbys Boss; A 44´ cruiser/racer, made after the drawings - its not build yet.
Colours: Forrest green, Avocado, Sky blue and Warm chocolate.

For my daughters Girls night at school. Cover, flowers and accents of sugarpaste.
Colours: New bordeaux og Sky blue.
Cinnamon cake in the blue purse and Chocolate Mud cake underneath.

2007: My mothers birthday: Cover of marzipan, golden cats made of pastillage/sugarpaste.
Colour: New bordeaux.
Café cake with After-Eight ganache.

2006: Cover and accents of sugarpaste.
Colours: Warm chocolate, thrift, Forrest green.

2006: Cover of marzipan, doll made of sugarpaste on a styropor-cone.
Café cake with nuts and brandy-soaked cranberrys and a filling of islandic choco-creme.
Colour: Wisteria.
This cake won 1. price in Wintertheme-competition at Kagekompagniet :-)
The cup was almost twice as big as the cake itself!

2006: Box and tools made of pastillage, designed so the box can be
lifted off to get to the cake.

This cake won 1. price in "cake of the month" at NCD.

2006: This cake is made after Countess Alexandra´s dress. For a meating with the cake-girls!
Cover of marzipan, accents of sugarpaste and flowerpaste, decorated with Royal icing.
Colour: Wisteria.
Chocolate Mud Cake bund, white cake and chocolate cake
filled with peach-cream and milky Marabou ganache.

2005: Cover of marzipan, waves of sugarpaste.
Mermaid made of modelling paste and flowerpaste. Painted with bronze-dusting
mixed with alcohol and then dusted with lime dusting.
She sank a little ind the drying process, hence the chubby appearance.
Café cake with hazel nuts and chocolate og a strawberry mousse.

2005: Cover and grass of marzipan, clubs and driver of modelling paste.
Towell, bagmark and little flowers of flowerpaste.
Colour: Bluebell
